Mr. WANG Tianxiang

Vice-president, Director of International Trademark Department, Trademark Attorney.

Mr. Wang was born in 1946. After graduating from the University of France, he started his career of interpreter in the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication and the Navy. In 1991 he joined the China Trademark & Patent Law Office (former name of China Trademark Service) dealing with intellectual property matters. He received training for trademarks organized by Chinese Trademark Office, American law firm and WIPO.He is mediator of WIPO, member of INTA and member of AIPPI and LES China.

Mr. WAN Xuetang

Director of Patent Department, Patent Attorney, Trademark Attorney.

Mr. Wan received his Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Machinery from Wuhan Science and Engineering University in 1984. After graduation, he worked in the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the P.R.C and then a German industrial consulting company. He started his IP career as a patent attorney in 1991. From then on, he has worked in the China Trademark & Patent Law Office. He received his further training course about American patent laws in a USA law firm in 1992 and a Program on Industrial Property Rights held by AOTS in Japan in 2000.He is a member of the Chinese Group of AIPPI, a Standing Committee member of the Beijing Intellectual Property Society and a Committee member of China Intellectual Property Society.
